LEADERSHIP
Joe Aikins, P.E. – President / Program Manager
Joe Aikins has over thirty years of management and engineering experience in the design and construction of domestic and international midstream assets, including pipelines, terminals, and stations for a wide array of products from heavy crude oils to NGL’s, LPG, petrochemicals and natural gas. Joe has experience on both the consulting and owner/operator sides of the midstream industry. A business leader possessing proven ability in team leadership, organization, verbal and written communication skills, financial management and staff development. Practiced in business, Joe has significant knowledge in contracts, project controls, risk management and negotiations.
Chad Harris – COO / Manager of Projects
Chad Harris is an established project manager with over sixteen years of developing and delivering pipeline and terminal assets. Leveraging his military training, Chad leads project teams with discipline and control, he collaborates with strategic partners to manage a total solution for his clients. Project development, corporate & project management, engineering & contract management, procurement, and construction. He is recognized for getting results by building relations both internally and externally. Chad is a strong leader with the optimal balance of technical, commercial, and management skills primarily focused on success through team efforts. Chad has significant practical experience working with contractors and client operators, coupled with his extensive experience in CAD design and drafting, his teams deliver design solutions that are comprehensive and concise. Chad is well-versed in equipment and material specifications and maintains close relationships with suppliers and vendors and gains client confidence through his responsiveness to their needs.
Oscar Aldama, P.E. – Engineering Manager – Facilities / Sr. PM
Oscar Aldama is a professional engineer and certified project manager with over thirty years of portfolio, project management, and engineering experience developing and delivering capital pipeline and station assets, as well as for capital/maintenance programs for refining/chemical plant OSBL offsites. He is skilled at organizing and leading teams of multi-disciplined engineers and designers for successful project delivery. Oscar has experience on both the consulting and owner/operator sides of the midstream industry and has spent significant time in the field, providing knowledge of implementation, as well as design. Oscar has a results-oriented focus, based on open client communication and responsiveness.
Thomas Huynh – Engineering Manager – Pipelines / Sr. PM
Thomas Huynh is a Project Manager with over twenty-five years of midstream oil and gas capital project engineering experience. Thomas has extensive knowledge in capital project development and execution from concept through FEED and Detailed Engineering. He is technically driven and has an in-depth understanding of upstream and midstream systems.
Dennis Rohn – Project Manager
Dennis Rohn is a Project Manager with over sixteen years of experience relating to project development, project management, engineering & construction management, field inspection, integrity programs, procurement, and operations. He is recognized for getting results by building relations both internally and externally. Dennis is a strong leader with the optimal balance of technical and management skills. Dennis continually strives toward project excellence through Lessons Learned, Contract Strategy, Staff Development, Risk Assessments, and feedback sessions. Most of Dennis’ experience was spent on the Owner/Operator’s side developing and executing Upstream and Mid-Stream, pipeline and facility projects in North America.
