PIPELINE PROJECTS

  • Arbuckle II Pipeline – Project management and full-discipline engineering and design for 530 miles of 24” and 30” NGL pipeline, metering facilities, valve sites from Canadian County, OK to Mont Belvieu, TX. $1.4B TIC.

  • Northline 7 Extension Pipeline – 200 miles of 20” NGL pipeline and facilities from Hutch, KS to Canadian County, OK. 

  • West Texas Expansion 2 – 112 miles of 24” NGL pipeline and facilities from Abilene, TX to Weatherford, TX. $300MM TIC.

  • West Texas Expansion 3 – 40 miles of 24” NGL pipeline and facilities in West Texas.

  • Little Missouri Lateral – 10 miles of 12” NGL pipeline in North Dakota, including trap and valve sites and custody transfer metering.

  • Demicks Lake Pipeline – 77 miles of 20” NGL pipeline in North Dakota, including multiple interconnect sites, trap and valve sites and custody transfer metering.

  • JC Nolan Pipeline Reversal Project- 530-mile pipeline reversal project from Beaumont, TX to Midland, TX consisting of 11 pump and metering station upgrades, Traps, valve sites, conversion of service, line lowering and replacements. Various counties, Texas. $139MM TIC.

  • DAPL – Injection lateral tie-ins to 30” DAPL system in North Dakota.

  • Management, engineering, and design of multiple gathering systems in North Dakota, Wyoming, and West Texas, including oil, gas, and produced water pipelines. Designs incorporated piping from the well-head, through LACT and metering skids, off-site to connect to the main trunklines. 

  • Engineering and design of 8” iso-butane pipeline in an existing crowded pipeline corridor in Pasadena, TX, including system hydraulics, custody transfer metering, valve and trap sites.

  • Engineering and design for 128 miles of 16” & 12” ethane pipeline system, meter skids, traps, and valve sites. Texas.

  • Engineering and design for 112 miles of 12” ethylene pipeline system, meter skids, traps and valve sites. Texas.

  • Engineering and design for 22 miles of 10”, 8” & 6” propane, butane and C5 plus pipeline laterals, traps, meters and valve sites. Texas.

  • Engineering and design for 128 miles of 10” propane pipeline system, meter skids, traps, and valve sites. Texas.

  • Rio Bravo Pipeline– 135 miles of dual 42” natural gas pipeline, three compressor station facilities (194,000HP) – Program and engineering management, routing, estimating, FERC application support – Texas.

  • Shoal Point Pipeline – Project and Engineering Management; 42” gas pipeline 92 miles long with two compressor stations (64,000HP), routing, estimating – Texas.

  • TransCameron Pipeline – Owner’s engineer & field inspection for 27 miles of 42” natural gas pipeline near Cameron, LA.

  • Gator Express Pipeline – 25 miles of 42” natural gas pipeline in Plaquemine Parish, LA.

  • Delta Express Pipeline – 287 miles of 48” natural gas pipeline in Louisiana (currently in FERC filing).

  • Engineering, design, and QA/QC management of 17 pipelines and interconnects, including custody transfer metering, traps and valve sites for 9 customers to feed a new alkylation facility in Pasadena, TX.

  • Owners Engineer, Produced Water Hydraulics, Pipeline Routes, Project Scoping, Decision Support Packages.

  • TEPCO Pipeline – Full-discipline engineering and design as part of an EPC project team for three (3) 12” pipelines from Mont Belvieu to Port Arthur, Texas. $76MM TIC.

  • BASF Pipeline – Full-discipline engineering and design as part of an EPC project team for an 8” pipeline from Bayport to Freeport, Texas. $55MM TIC.

  • Next Decade – Full-discipline engineering and design as part of an EPC project team for a water and sewer line in the Port of Brownsville, Texas. $60MM TIC.

  • FEED Study underway for 150-miles of 48” natural gas pipeline in West Texas, including two compressor stations, metering station, valve, and trap site design. Detailed Engineering to follow. 

  • FEED Study underway for 8” carbon dioxide pipeline in Texas Gulf Coast area, including pipeline routing, hydraulic evaluation for compressor sizing, and cost estimating. Detailed Engineering to follow.

  • Conceptual Study for 24” green hydrogen pipeline in Texas, including pipeline routing, hydraulic evaluation, and cost estimating.

  • FEED Study underway for a 150-mile CCUS project, including pipelines and development of underground storage facilities. Detailed Engineering to follow.

  • Project management and engineering design of 70-miles of dual 16” NGL pipelines in East Texas, through multiple wildlife refuges and swamps.
